Hi, guys!
Yesterday was my first book presentation with the author, and it looks like I did very well. Now I'm waiting for my payment because I want to buy myself something nice, to treat myself after such a great performance. Of course, I expected it to be a little more lively and active, and that the author would be more willing to talk about her book, but she was very quiet, which made things quite challenging, but especially under such difficult circumstances, I did more than well.
Now my next blogging events are at a book festival, and fortunately, I'll be the one being asked questions there, not me, and I hope that will be a little easier. Although, who knows. I still have three or four books to read before the event, so I don't have much planned for the next few days other than reading.
Of course, the toys for the commercial have arrived, and I still need to film it, but compared to what I experienced yesterday, that's nothing. After the festival, I'll be able to relax for a while.
Besides, I have a lot of other plans. I need to expand my scope of activities. I hope I can do it, because I really have quite a lot. I don't know yet how I'm going to balance it all, but I hope I find a way. Today, I'm hoping my husband and I will celebrate my debut yesterday a little; I'd like a cup of coffee and a new book.
I haven't bought books in a while, so next week I want to make a big order from Artbooks. I'll buy everything I've missed lately, which is quite a lot. But I think I've well deserved it. And then I want to get back to them as a blogger.
