New week started

Hi, guys!

It seems like a new week has begun and I have a ton of plans, but I feel so weak that I'm once again worried that I'm not getting anything done. Yesterday, I wrote out a plan for the day and decided to at least get a little bit of everything done so I can move things along. I installed a new editing app, and now I'm really excited to explore it in detail because it looks like it has great features and could take my videos to the next level. I'm really curious to see what comes of it. So now I'll try it out and see how it goes. I'll probably create a test account now so I don't have to clutter up my main blog with tests, and I'll see how it all works.

I don't understand where this intense anxiety comes from. I seem to be constantly doing something, moving forward, but I'm still constantly worried about something. So, calm isn't on the agenda for now, and that's bad, because it's really crucial for me to calm down. My nerves are draining too much energy that I could be using for something productive. And right now, it's just wasting it. I also need to adjust my daily routine, because I often fall asleep during the day and then can't calm down at night.

Today, I've written a daily plan for myself and want to try to follow it. There are some things I've neglected for quite some time, and I'd like to get back to them, devoting at least an hour or two a day to them. Of course, it won't happen right away, but I think with time I'll be able to establish such a schedule. It's like with a blog: you just get used to the fact that you have no choice but to do it; you just do it every day without fail.
