Hi, guys!
I received another interesting collaboration offer, this time from a board game store, and of course, I couldn't refuse. For now, it's just barter; I haven't had much luck transitioning to paid collaboration, but I really hope that will happen sooner or later. For now, I'm enjoying the barter; it's pretty good, after all. I get various perks for reviewing them on the blog, which is great, and I hope more of these opportunities will come.
Yesterday, I finally got a response from a publisher I've been trying to reach for over a month, and I really hope something will work out with them too, as I've been really eager to establish contact, and perhaps today I'll finally give them my list of desired books. They haven't asked me about it yet, but things are moving in that direction. At least we've started a dialogue, and that's what we need. I'll be writing to another publisher today, and that'll already exceed my collaboration quota for this month. I'm also closing out my review package for A Priori soon, and I'll need to write to them again soon, and the same goes for the publisher with the same name.
I had a somewhat tense conversation with the latter, and I'm not sure they're even willing to collaborate, but that's not the biggest problem. I think I'll figure it out somehow. I have a more pressing task: creating reviews for another page, which are quite complex in structure, and I'm still figuring out how to do that. So, for now, there's plenty of work to do, and it's quite a busy process.
But overall, the blog is growing very actively, and that's a good thing. My subscriber ads are working again, and I plan to actively promote them by the end of the month to meet the subscriber volume quota I set before the New Year. Things have been a bit slow for the last two days, so I need to get back up to speed. So let's move forward, despite all the obstacles.
Have a great day, everyone!
