Hi, guys!
Today, I finally got a response from my curator, and I learned that the publisher I'd been counting on had finally submitted a request for my text, and now I have to wait until early November for their final decision.
I'm not sure whether to be happy or not, but I think their decision will be positive. I fit their publishing profile very well, so I think they'll take my book. That would be fantastic. So now I'm thinking about focusing on writing the second volume and synopses for subsequent parts, because once they accept my text, they'll most likely ask for them. I really hope everything works out.
And now, while I wait for an answer, I'm going to devote a lot of time to my blog, a lot of time to my life in general, because I need to get it back on track. While I was frantically editing the first volume, practically my entire life fell apart, and now it all needs fixing, so it'll take me a long time to fix everything.
I hope my text will indeed be accepted and I won't have any problems with its publication. After all, I really put a catastrophic amount of effort into writing my book, and now it would only be fair for it to have a good result. And I really like the publisher that's interested in the book, so I hope they'll like everything and we'll work together.
Today, since I learned this rather nerve-wracking information, I'll most likely rest more and work less, so I'll probably finish the book I didn't finish last month, and then focus more on work tomorrow.
