Hi, guys!
Today I'm preparing for the new week, with a lot of plans, plus I need to get back into exercise and do a lot of other things. So it's likely to be a busy week, and there won't be time to relax. On top of that, my husband has decided to start bringing his lunch to work again, so I'll have to pack it for him, which is another extra burden. I hope I can somehow manage this. I don't have a clear vision of how it will all look yet, but I hope I'll have one pretty soon.
I've already established a pretty clear diet; I just can't fit much food in, even when I try to eat more. So I'm continuing to lose weight, and naturally, I'm very happy about it. I didn't expect to maintain steady progress for so long this time, but it's working nonetheless. And now fresh vegetables are starting to appear, so the process will be even easier and more enjoyable.
They say losing weight is harder in winter, and maybe that's true, but for me, it's not usually closely related to the seasons. I'm simply changing my approach to nutrition, and this time it's working exactly the same. I just started eating a lot less, that's all. At first, I was counting calories, but now I just have a rough idea of exactly how much I'm eating.
This week, I plan to get back to working out again so my calorie expenditure also increases, which will speed up the process. I've had a very busy work month, and so it turns out I've missed out on working out again. But losing weight isn't even as hard as losing your own weight; it's harder to lose your husband's weight, and that's something I definitely need to do.
Have a great day, everyone!
