Seems like I'm back to sports

Hi, guys!

Once again, I couldn’t organize the learning process normally all week. With the next one, I definitely need to get my studying rhythm back, or I’ll ruin everything I’ve done before, so I need to concentrate and pull myself together. There are only ten days of training left, and then I will have a break before the next training course begins, and so far I have not decided exactly how I will use it, but it is already clear that some classes have completely dropped out of my life for a long period, for example drawing and music, and it's time to bring them back. I'll have to work hard at this, but I think I can handle it.

Yesterday I was able to force myself to go to the gym again, where I trained for two hours in different areas. Today it is necessary to consolidate the result, because I have already realized that even one day of pause is not permissible for me now, because the next day the body immediately begins to protest against the load, and I need to make this a regular habit. Since I need to catch up on a few missed lectures, I’ll be training at home today, working on the muscles of the shoulders and arms, my favorite.

Tomorrow I plan to go to two workouts in the morning and go to the gym with my husband in the afternoon. So far I am in such conditions that the more the better, and it doesn’t matter in what direction. Next week one of my coaches invited me to a training marathon, and most likely I will take part in it, this should be a good push forward. I also need to start going to the pool again, but I’ll probably do that in a week, because next week it looks like I’ll have enough activity anyway.

I'm also trying to get back studying rhythm actually final exams starting from tomorrow and I'm just stressing about it lol.

Gym gotta be it, once you become regular it gets better.. like you become more discipline and have energy if you're consistent.. hopefully I'm going to join back after the exams.
