Yesterday I was busy with various household chores all day, and then sat down to edit the punctuation in my novel last night. I was planning to do it on Monday, but since I've been having some sleep issues lately, I decided to get started on Sunday, get as much done as I can, and then leave the rest for the next day. I already had enough planned for Monday, so starting the editing early wasn't a bad idea.
I spent Sunday doing neither the manuscript nor the blog, I didn't even sit down to read, I simply spent the entire day doing household chores. I recaulked the bathroom, cut the dogs' hair, put a magnet on the doggie door, removed dead plants, and did a bunch of other things. Now I want to finish editing the manuscript, and I also need to film a few videos, or at least one, and put the rest off for Tuesday.
My meeting with the publishers is on Thursday, and before then, I still need to practice my pitch and think about what exactly I want to say about my novel. I think I'll do that on Tuesday or Wednesday. Luckily, there's very little time left before the meeting, so I won't have time to worry, and that's wonderful. I don't want to have any extra time to freak out. It's better to just get it all done and get it over with. So I'm glad the presentation is so soon.
