weekend about to end

Hi, guys!

The weekend is coming to an end, and tomorrow I'll have to start working on the blog again, and generally on everything I took a break from last week. But still, the week wasn't completely wasted. I managed to fine-tune my exercise routine and diet, so I guess you could say it was a small victory, and that's really great.

Today, because of our terrible neighbors, I woke up at four in the morning, and I'm hoping I can get back to sleep and get some more, because I feel like crap. I'd rather sleep in than feel sick all day. Today, I need to get myself in shape so I can look good for the shoot tomorrow, and I have a lot of them planned. I've accumulated a lot of material, and I need to get it all done.

But nevertheless, I'm very happy that this week I've been able to gradually begin preparing my body for a return to training, and I think everything will turn out just fine. This is the first time I've decided to approach the process differently. Previously, I always started training very aggressively and waited for my body to adapt. This time, I've started gradually preparing my body for the stress, little by little. We'll see what results this brings. I hope it works out.

So far, so good with my diet. I've started counting calories and monitoring what and how much I eat. No more uncontrolled eating. And now I've been staying within my daily limit for five days. I'm even hoping that by the end of the month, I'll be able to see the progress I initially planned on on the scale.

So, there's some progress, it's just moving very slowly for now, but it's still moving. All I have to do is gradually increase the pace.
