Today is going to be a busy day, because I spent the entire beginning of the week trying to get back into the work rhythm and still couldn't get to filming, but today I absolutely have to, so after I finish my first morning chores, I'll definitely get to filming. I need to shoot four commercials, send two of them straight away for approval, then go to the post office to pick up packages, and I want to film the unboxing of one of them—it's for dog products, and I want to try it out, maybe some company will notice us and send something to my girls. Plus, I just need to expand the content formats on our channels. So we'll be filming a lot of different things.
Now that I have four blogs, I have a whole field for experimentation, and I feel like I can do whatever I want. Yesterday, I had another brief panic attack about how I wasn't getting anywhere, but then I thought about it and once again came to the conclusion that I have nothing to compete with popular booktokers; after all, I have my own path. Let them do what they want, I'm different. What difference does it make to me what they do? I'm an individual with my own worldview, and we're different generations. I'll manage everything my way.
So I'll keep doing what I'm doing and connecting with people who interest me. Why would I need them? We're different people.
But I still want to go to book clubs because it's interesting to meet new people. So I need to keep a closer eye on where they are and when. I'm thinking of doing that in about a month or two, because right now I'm focused on something else, namely, how to organize my life. There are still too many things that require my constant attention.
