RE: How is HIVE doing these days?

in #blog23 days ago

It's messy here bud, I remember your name. Downvote chasing masses away, lots of bad publicity over the downvote. People leaving as a result.

Price looks tragic, tokenomics probably bad. But then that's all altcoins this cycle.

Payouts and upvotes are much less than they used to be, something changed in the mechanism, makes it not worth the effort any more, getting paid so much less now.

I still post here since 2018, all these years mostly out of habit, I have lost a lot of money buying Hive so at a loss.

I wish the altcoin bull run would arrive and I can finally dump my bags and scrape back some profit, but I won't hold my breath waiting for that any more.

Very little readership, very little comments. Maybe you will do better. Often zero comments and no readers. Autovotes at best.

Don't get your hopes up on any level here, it is a shell of its former self in my opinion. Hardly any growth.

Rumors of dev or whale wars and mass dumping of tokens, I don't know about that though.

It was a great idea but it has failed.

Just my personal experience here, as an OG amateur blogger being honest.

Hey, I also remember your name :)

Ahhh I see, thanks for catching me up with what's going on with Hive. I guess Hive hasn't changed much then huh from what it was 2-3 years back. I totally get where you're coming from fam and I'm sorry to hear you've lost money over this. We were all looking forward for a great breakthrough for Hive even during the Steemit days but it does seem to go no where or at least always remain small scale. Wonder what we can do to actually push Hive out there ey.

Hive has and always will be part of my life as it helped open up many doors into easing me into the crypto space and I'm forever indebted to the communities and people here for that. That being said, I do agree with your honesty and what you've mentioned here. Was once a great idea...
