Knights, court ladies, fortresses ... fantastic middle ages. Who wouldn't return for a moment in the past and become a knight or a court lady for a moment? Thanks to the festival - Just out - festival on the move, very soon we became part of this fantastic story.
People around Despot Stefan Lazarevic organization are the main culprits that knights from Europe and wider(such as France, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Republic of Srpska, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Turkey, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Armenia and Iran.. even Scandinavian Vikings from Sweden and Denmark) in the 21st century, come to the surroundings of the Manasija Monastery, set up their tents and very picturesquely they show the way of life of knights, their skills and revive the medieval spirit.
And the whole story is really fantastic, for both - children and adults. The knight's village is the most interesting. Walking from tent to tent, you can dress knightly armor. In fact, it wasn't easy for medieval knights. Great power is needed for this heavy armor.
Knight's weapon is a real enjoyment for the youngest, but it's also extremely heavy :)
Of course, the knights also prepared knightly specialties - barbecue bugs:) The knight who prepared this dish, tasted it in front of us, with pleasure.
For youngest festival organized various children's workshops with knights. It was a real pleasure to watch knightly struggles. Festival visitors could also fight with the knights and learn some initial steps.
The festival lasts for three days. Unfortunately, we spent only one day there, so we missed a lot.
But the visit to this festival was a great game for us.
