This is inspired by @novacadian ,so thanks!
Its also a sort of summary of a lot of subjects, bits of data and experience that guide what I'm doing, what I'll be willing to do, and ultimately how we all get into a decentralized future with our freedom and sanity intact!
3speak just does not work right now, something up with the transcoding and therefore likely caching, memory or something like that on the server...

This is the type of boat I was skippering in 2005, there will be so many business opportunities for people who will build with integrity and honesty, on Bitcoin, maybe Hive and of course freedom!
Your talk covered some great points. One thing that really hit home was keeping within the 'box'. That was a practice of mine back in the day. If a plan was set in motion expecting a certain outcome then if and when the goal was achieved it was always good to reassess things. So many times people start out for a particular goal and then change on the way to it and off times end up off course from the original goal.
Anyway and enjoyable insight into how you approach such project. Hopefully we may find a chance to work on such a 'team' together in the future.
That is definitely the way to manage complex things, and also something that high level CEOs and people in similar positions will know very well.
The problem after 2020 is that so much of the envelope that we can operate within is now clearly defined by very nefarious actors... At least its much more in the open now!
My overall experience is that for ordinary people who just want to be left alone won't experience much of this outside of the failing West, especially if they're good at adapting to, and contributing to local communities.
That part is key to everything I'm doing, hence the Rebel Nomad label I've used elsewhere a bit.
Living like a salty sea dog is totally a good match for that! Which is why I have that on my todo list, but not before things have gotten off the ground for real. Which is more or less now 🙂
In a way we're building here & now too, I appreciate that a lot! Soon there will be something along these lines being launched too, you're very welcome to join when that happens!
