Thank you for the article. I just uploaded my second post, a very long time after the first time and almost instantly I gained 90 new followers. So am going through them, to see who they are, and most of them are users following over 100000 people (accounts or whatever). In one instance, i encountered someone following over 600000 accounts (and I did not make a typo here with too many zeroes at the end). That's insane and also unsustainable. I highly doubt that this kind of interaction can bring much success here.
Also, thank you about mentioning steemboard. I didn't know about that and I like unlocking achievements :)
Hi @missladybug , I am surprised to read that some people are following 600000 accounts. I highly doubt they are real accounts !! That's insane indeed !! It is always good to follow people who are actually making a contribution .. But I feel, more followers you have, more real accounts will follow you and your reputation will increase.. there is no harm in it. Just concentrate on creating good content.
