This is the part of the quote that show you life keeps on, it doesn't stop for you and you don't need to stop for it. Most people think that when life gets hard there is no way to move on, no way to continue, but from a personal point of view this is not true.
Life is hard, yes, but why stop when you feel you ran into a wall. No speedster ever stopped for the wall they found the courage to go around it or get the strength to run through the wall.
But there comes a time when you've got to stop running away from things and you've got to start running towards something:
This is a phrase which is self explanatory, first it doesn't help running away from your problems, you've got to start facing the problem and work it out. Facing your problems takes courage and takes strength. You have to take control of a problem and show it you aren't afraid.
The second part of this phrase is to set goals for yourself. Everyone needs a goal. Set yourself a goal, lose weight, get ripped, get education, learn a new skill.
You've got to forge ahead, keep moving even if your path isn't lit, trust you'll find your way:
When life gets hard and problems start to rise, it feels as if you can't move forward. You feel heavy and you feel tired. You have to keep motivated, get a close friend to support you, set yourself a goal to reach and motivate your self to reach this goal. Face your fears, build some courage and gain your strength to keep on moving. Yes, as the phrase states sometimes the path seems dark and lonely but the only way to get through a tunnel is to keep moving till you reach the light.
This might take some time, this might happen tomorrow. It depends on you to keep your goal as your motivation to reach the light at the end of the dark tunnel.
The Flash is a inspirational character with hope, strength, motivation, drive and courage. But you don't need to be a speedster to find your way in life.
