Hello and welcome, today i am going to be mostly talking about not giving a fuck and how it is impossible to not give a fuck. This is a phrase i hear daily and normally most often in work, i even use it myself on times that i see fitting. Of course it makes no sense and is a paradox. Why would you say you dont give a fuck when you give a fuck enough to tell people you dont give a fuck. Shit, say that 5 times really fast, its not a twister but it's pretty fun to say. I dont give a fuck if you do it are not. There was a paradox quote from Joe Rogan, i heard it a a few months back and here it is, i found it again

So there you have it. Turns out that declaring that you dont give a fuck actually means you do give a fuck. Just before we move on here we need to be clear of what we are talking about. Different parts of the world might say it in different ways. I have heard people say "I dont give a shit" are "I dont give a rats ass". I have also heard people turning it into a question "Do i look like i give a fuck?" are "You think i give a single fuck?". It is interesting that last phrase says single fuck meaning that we have many fucks to give. Fucks dont grow on trees so you cant waste them.
Im guilty of this and this is a problem in the way we are wired as humans. We all have a certain amount of fucks to give during our lives and what we tend to do is give a fuck about things we have no control over like how other people think and not give a fuck about things we can change in our lives to make it better. If we all prioritize our fucks, we would get alot more done. Not giving a fuck is negative and if you give a fuck about more things than you dont give a fuck about then i think you would be a happier person.

How to stop giving a fuck about things that dont matter
It's almost like setting yourself free when you refocus your fucks. When you realize that other people never think about you because they our thinking about themselves, you'll stop giving a fuck about what they think. The same goes for 'important' things like royal weddings, famous people, fucking Brexit and whole bunch of other things will have no control over and makes no impact of our lives, Who gives a fuck? Nobody, that's who cause it's not important. Think if there was no media and we knew fuck all, would we be happier? I think yes. I dont give a fuck about natural disasters that kill thousands of people cause that's far away from where i live and i do not know any of those people. To be honest, it has not one single effect on my life at all so why should i give a fuck? Should i feel bad about it and look sad, are say to other people, that was an awful thing to happen. What difference does giving a fuck make? None.
That might sound like some cold hearted shit but .....
when you think about it, it sorta makes sense. Given that we only have some many fucks to give, how should we allocate our fucks

I could go on and on but i remember a movie i seen about 15 years back and it went a little like this. The concept was to proof life could be worthless. The idea was if someone from a poor 3rd country called you up on the phone and said, they had a gun to a kids head and you had to sent $500 to save the kids life, would you send it? Would you give a fuck? If you would send the $500, many how times would you pay before you stop giving a fuck? If they dropped the price from $500 to $300, would you pay then? Would you give a fuck? Everyone no matter how good are wealthy a person is, they will get to a point were they will not send another penny to save someone's life. They will have stopped giving a fuck. Once you understand this, you will be free to use your fucks wisely.
