My FREE House Take-Down Project, PART 3

in #blog5 years ago

Welcome back, Steemians, for another @tinyhousecryptos update on my huge upcycle project of taking down a 1,100 square foot house to be "upcycled" into future various builds of mine. This update series of photos will show where I'm currently at on this project and some BEFORE and AFTER photos to give you new viewers of my post an idea of what the house looked like prior to me taking it down to where I'm currently at on this project. So, without further due, let's dive right in!

So, here we have what the house looked like prior to me doing any take down of the house. It's not a bad looking house, it's just the owner wanted the house "gone" because he had built a beautiful new house further up his property.

I know I've posted this photo before of this outside view; but, I didn't have a photo of it with the second floor level completely taken down.

So, now I'm going to show you some BEFORE and AFTER photos of each section of the house... so, here we go!...

So, here we have a view of the upstairs interior BEFORE the project began.

This is the CURRENT - AFTER photo of that view of the upstairs interior with the roof and flooring completely removed.

Another BEFORE view of upstairs interior looking to the right this time.

And, now this is the CURRENT - AFTER photo of the view of upstairs interior looking to the right this time.

Here's a view of the down stairs interior standing right before the stairwell door looking into the living room area BEFORE the take down project began... notice the beautiful old doors and trim? All of this was taken off and stored to be upcycled in my new build projects.

Kind of a different view angle of this CURRENT - AFTER photo. Here I'm standing in what was the bedroom looking towards the stairwell area.

Well, that's it for now. My next step is transporting all the materials that are down so far to my property where the new build projects will be taking place. Then it's clean-up time, then I will be taking down the stairwell and the rest of the chimney, THEN it will be time to take down the walls! I will be taking them down in 10 foot sections at a time to make them easy and legal for road transport to my property. Until then, stay tuned for more @tinyhousecryptos adventures! See ya then!
