I have found three steps in this journey which I call the Basic Rhythm of Verbal Dancing: Expanding, Breathing and Landing.
- Expanding is observing and question beliefs, inquiry into ones true nature
- Breathing is feeling and being in flow, from tightness to relaxation.
- Landing is finding ones true expression, creative flow
This system has come to me through me through many years of inner research. I too have had many problems with self-expression. I have taken many steps and the latest one is blogging on this platform :-)

Yes I did do some deep journeying here on earth, inner. Some of it really raw, some of it really beautiful! Yes we let more and more of ourself be and express ;-)
