There are many things in this #Matrix that are uncomfortable. For me personally one of the most frustrating is the language system. I do not house a huge vocabulary that expresses emotions and intentions. I was not raised with the freedom to speak, and most definitely was not allowed to express my feelings when I was allowed to speak. I find that this has created a limitation in me that I will overcome, but it is still at work inside of me right now.
It is easy to share head #knowledge, but when one is an intuitive that also feels very deeply, and that gets suppressed, it changes who you are as a person. It changes your ability to express, and your confidence in expressing yourself. A piece of you is hidden even from yourself that you have to find again. This is a big part of my journey. I feel deeply, love deeply, hurt deeply, care deeply, and when it doesn’t come across the way that my true Heart Centered Self would express it, I am grateful for the Being that Knows me #Heart to Heart and can feel and see who I really am.
The more open I am, the more open I find others. I heard once to be silent inside and listen to another, to give them your attention, is like giving them air.
I've seen this to be true. People just like me when I do it. I see lots of smiles. And I ask questions, show genuine curiosity.
Hope you find, as I did, that ultimately expressing yourself isn't as important as being yourself and reflecting for another, but you can only do that when you comfortable being yourself, I think.
Just thoughts that come to me, hope you find truth that speaks to you.

This system has come to me through me through many years of inner research. I too have had many problems with self-expression. I have taken many steps and the latest one is blogging on this platform :-)

As open and honest as I am, I know there are pieces of me that I save for just a special few to see.
I can certainly relate.
The work I have been doing with clients was allowing them to express what they experienced somatically either as a raw sound, or maybe even as a gesture or movement of some kind.
Word-language is part of the Conscious/Rational/Discerning-Mind channel... it is processed, refined... pasteurised, if you will.
But raw expression whether gestured, moved, vocalised, or expressed as a visual image drawn/painted/sketched/etc is something closer to the authenticity of the individual experiencing it.
I don't bother trying to find words anymore - unless there is a word that adequately expresses it.

It's rare to meet people that will see the real you. It's a talent or should I say an ability which is hard to learn.Some people can see the right person from the moment they meet the person but there are some that need time.
