Most text books have tried to explain the word "Leader" in so many ways but my own understanding of a Leader is,someone who has the ability to inspire and cause influence on the followers.
A leader is at the front pushing the frontiers of life. He or she pays attention to details - the little things that MAKE life and not the only pay attention to the bigger things that APPRECIATE life
A leader is always futuristic and interested in the destination and is not much concern about the past or the beginning. Leaders see beyond their followers because they are always looking ahead and can see a problem from afar even before the followers get to know of such problems
A follower CAN RUN from a VISION but a leader CAN'T RUN from his or her VISION. The moment a leader does FAILURE is recorded.
