This was a great night to celebrate a very special occasion
Tonight was my Mother's 77th Birthday and my Wife and I took her to a fabulous dinner at the "Trump National Golf Club"
Of course the club was adorned with "Trump" decor as you might expect and everything looked superb.
The club is located on the ocean's edge in Palos Verdes, CA and the atmoshpere was calm and beautiful.
It is mid week so we got an opportunity to have the whole place to ourselves and enjoyed great service, The Executive Chef came to meet us and invited my Wife and I to help him with the new menu in a few months.
The food was delicious and of course the wine was wonderful as well. My Mom was treated to a special dessert for her Birthday.
I had a little fun with some trick photography and added myself to the Trump wall!
I decided this was Trump's encouragement to be a good dolphin on Steemit and I wished he was there for me to encourage him to come be a whale on Steemit instead of using tweaker and facelift.
We all had a really great time and enjoyed everything very much, If you are ever in California this is a really great spot to see, bring your golf clubs and play a round before enjoying happy hour in the club.

This is good news, I had you in mind when I created it if you can believe that :) always trying to improve and make things better and I am open to advice always. Your critique of me using the same typewriter twice was good too, I didn’t even think anything of publishing the same photo twice because I was thinking of it as a photo just for that particular blog project, but after your critique I planned a photo shoot with the typewriter in interesting places so I am not getting rewarded for the same photo over and over. Thanks for the feedback- both positive and negative. All feedback helps achieve my goal of quality content

I take everything to heart, work to improve as well as share what I learn with the members in my discord post promotion. I work very hard daily at Steemit, pretty much full time at this point and have never pulled money out and don’t plan to. Thanks again mighty blueberry !!

We live just down the street on the border of San Pedro and Palos Verdes. My girlfriend and I used to have lunch there all the time; I must admit the food is pretty good!
We stopped going , though after Trump sneakily got dogs banned from the dog beach behind the golf course. You see, when he built the golf course, the city told him that he had to allow a public foot traffic through the course down to the beach. Reluctantly, he agreed.
People like us have been walking our dogs through there for years, taking them down to the beach. No one minded the dogs because the beach was really rocky and for the most part only dog owners went down there. So basically Trump petitioned the city to ban dogs on the beach. The ban went through and people stopped walking their dogs through the golf course. It all seems a bit suspect because we personally know a lot of people voted against the ban.
It was kind of a mean move, but he got his way in the end. But I do have to admit, lunch was great there and the view is fantastic!
the view is the best for sure, sorry to hear about your path....that sucks.....what a dog! I am in long beach so its pretty close except last night the bridge was closed both way, had to take Anaheim ....not my favorite. kind of the same feeling as losing your beach I suppose but only temporary. It was cool though cause I have a Real Estate listing nearby so we went to the house and hung out by the pool for a bit afterward, my Mom really thought that was cool, she didn't know about the house and was confused where we were going :) maybe we will have a steemit meet up in the club house some day soon?
