¿Describe como pasas tus mañanas?
Las mañanas indican el inicio del día, y como la iniciemos dependerá el transcurso del día, aunque cualquier mal inicio no determinará el final del día.
Mis mañanas son un poco ajetreadas realizo diariamente rutinas de orden y limpieza en el hogar, contribuyo a que mis nietos realicen sus actividades escolares y en momentos doy clases en una institución educativa.
Por lo tanto describo mis mañanas con muchos compromisos, mas que todo familiares, también algunos momentos de ocio, que los aprovecho para pensar o meditar.
Describe how you spend your mornings?
Mornings indicate the beginning of the day, and how we start it will depend on the course of the day, although any bad start will not determine the end of the day.
My mornings are a little hectic, I do daily routines of tidying and cleaning at home, I help my grandchildren to do their school activities and at times I teach in an educational institution.
So I describe my mornings with many commitments, mostly family, also some moments of leisure, which I use to think or meditate.
