Right now I will handle it on a case by case basis, we don't have the manpower or resources to dig through every submission looking for plagiarism. This is best left to @cheetah and @steemcleaners, if I realize someone is doing repeatedly, that's when I will take action. This may change, but that's what I have in mind.
