Maybe one day in the future we will be all nomads again hopping from rental to rental living the good life working remotely. WFH - work from home, will become WFR - work from rental.

We try to professionalize the sharing economy so that rentals have a better shot at competing with the high levels of hospitality found at hotels. That way guests can expect the same quality they would expect when paying for a more expensive hotel. Essential for the progress of this part of the sharing economy :)

Positive effect of globalisation at least for the countless travellers. The hotellobby probably doesn't like the direction we are going.

Property owners need to remember to price their property correctly. A day that the property sits empty, is a day that you produce no income, decreasing your ROI (Return on Investment)
Just like those travelagencies who get you an airline ticket. These agencies hate the website skyscanner.com lol They should focus on hotels for the future. There are many search engines for airline tickets.

we convert our resthouse to transient house... we let tourist rent the place.. a part of it or the whole house... because nowadays its very in demand.... we are profiting from it..
they prefer rentals and transient than hotel, especially big groups or big family.. its more affordable and convenient...
