Thanks for the tips. I'm looking to rent out a property soon 😀

I like the tile floor colour, very earthly tone it is. White tiles look very cheap and dull.

Bet you also knew that spreading one tile pattern through out the house gives the room a larger view.

i like this property its using must for guest house.

Great job @evanrvoss! Those are some impressive before and after pictures. Have you thought about using steemit for promoting your business?

Thank you...I have been doing it for some time with a track record of over 600+ residential flips. I like to use the term "reposition real estate".

I don't really market or promote my company now. Most all of my business is from word of mouth. Do you have any suggestions though? You seem to use steemit to your advantage and I would love to learn. Thank you

Well, we also write our blog posts for other channels, like Facebook and twitter. However, we post first on steemit as we really believe in the sharing economy and we want to help steemit become bigger. A good marketing team is very important to create quality content consistently and that always pays itself back in the long run!

Thank you for helping out Steemit. That is the same reason why I am on this platform:)

I couldn't agree with you more! I think it would be a good idea for me to hire someone full time to work on my marketing tasks.... Im just wearing a lot of the company hats right now, not sure if I have the time to wear another one as a full time marketing manager.

Thank you for the advice... Another great post @bookingteam.com

Nice work @evanross - I do rental property investing, and though I have done a couple of renos on my properties, nothing as nice as that.

@scaredycatguide thank you for much:) I have been in the industry for most of my life and my crew takes pride in their workmanship.

I will be posting a lot more of my 'Before and After Pictures', along with some videos of some tricks I have learned from working in the trade. This is information that can save Steemians a lot of $$$.

REMEMBER: "A penny saved is a penny earned"

That's awesome, we are a small crowd of investors (especially real estate) here on steemit. I have posted alot of rental property investing topics in prior months but tailed off a bit lately as it was not getting much views.

Been holding and managing my rental properties or 4 years now and still learning.

Look forward to more of your posts! Following you now.

Saw you graduated UF....I'm down in Palm Beach County doing my real estate thing.

I would love to see the posts! I just passed my real estate license so I will be hanging my license soon as well...My family owns a brokerage so I was thinking about hanging my license under them.

That's a good idea man, if they have the brokerage mind as well! I made a post yesterday about hiring good property management. I'm posting another tonight about three reasons to love rental property investing.

glorious!!!
