There are many ways to breathe depending on what you are trying to achieve. Recently I have been doing a relaxing breathing technique which I would like to share with you. Lying down in a relaxed position with eyes closed, begin by breathing in through your nose with your mouth closed. Breathe in as much air as you can, then hold your breath for 30 seconds. Slowly begin exhaling cool air through your mouth until all the air is out. Perform three consecutive breaths in this manner.
