Beaver with curry sauce is the dish I'm most interested in. Does the beaver meat have a strong flavor?
Yes it has a really strong flavor and specific one! I covered it with the salt and left it on the bench over night, next day I cooked it with a duck fat in the oven, very slowly, 110°C it took me around 10 hours to cook it propertly, curry sauce was amazing solution for it, you shoult try it out!)
all the dishes are so beautiful! it's blasphemy, to sit with the eyes closed))) I never saw how a blind dinner happens. Look like dinner party))
Lol it is so much fun for everyone, you should try it out! Siting eyes closed about 2hours it's a challenge and unbeliveble experience at the same time)
