I think you are right about the 2.75 days and I was going to wait to make that point at that time (if it wasn't better). But then it dawned on me that maybe it won't be better, and I sure as hell want them working on a patch of some kind ASAP if its not going to be fixed. I can wait through it, but many people can't/won't... To me it will be a shame to lose them for a lack of solutions either being enacted (or explained)... I think many wouldn't jump to conclusions if they trusted the people at the top had it under control (and were given the straight scoop), but unfortunately I think the rollout of this thing took away a lot of that patience. Its ok... They can certainly solve even a poorly planned upgrade, but they will need to get out ahead of the issues and explain what the future will look like (and listen if people tell them something won't work).
As for the new accounts, thanks for the info... That's useful information and I imagine many numbers and metrics look horrible right now! Always good to talk with you Glen and thanks for using a few of your RCs again to reply!
