It's very wide-ranging. I am out about 30 minutes on the LRT and pay about 100 usd per month for a room in a condo with a balcony and pool. I really like it here, but it's not perfect. I am only looking for a cheap place to work. I have food 24 hours outside the gate and the station is close, so I am happy! Not one tourist is in this area, so it is not for everyone.
I knew people in Bangkok paying similar out by Don Mueang, but that was too far for me.

$51 for 13 days??? You cannot get that here. I am so glad I remembered to check this out, so much valuable information. How I wish my ticket was $40!! You cannot get that here even for a local flight to another city😣😣

If we make it we are definitely stay much longer to explore Thailand!! Just gotta figure out the ticket and visa situation first. Kenya has very good relations with Thailand so I don't think that would be a Problem.
Oh good, the Visa is critical. You will get 60 days (renewable for 30 more) and all of Thailand is very very cheap. I am in Malaysia now (next door) and most everything is more expensive here.
I will post weekly at least, and a visa post will come soon.
The air ticket will be cheapest around 6 weeks to 3 months before the date. There are a lot of online trackers to look into this and see trends etc.
You WILL get to do this. I will be praying and waiting to see you there!

No, the conference fee is supposed to be announced in July. I'm hoping for $50, lol.
