Never accept being defeated.

A peasant, who struggled with many difficulties, owned two horses to help him in the work of his small farm. One day, his foreman brought him the news that one of the horses had fallen into an old abandoned pit.

The well was very deep and it would be extremely difficult to get the horse out of there. The farmer went quickly to the scene of the accident, and evaluated the situation, making sure that the animal had not been injured. But, because of the difficulty and the high price to get it out of the bottom of the well, he thought it was not worth investing in the rescue operation.
He then took the difficult decision:

It determined that the foreman sacrificed the animal by throwing earth into the well until it was buried, right there. And so it was done. The employees, commanded by the foreman, began to throw dirt into the well as to cover the horse. But, as the earth fell on the animal it shook and accumulated in the background, enabling the horse to go up. The men realized that the horse was not allowed to bury, but on the contrary, it was going up until finally, it got out!

Reflection:
If you are "down there", feeling little valued, and there is someone who throws upon you a land of incomprehension, lack of opportunity and support, remember the horse of this story. Do not accept the land they throw over you; shake it and climb on it. And think the more you pull, the more you will go up, up, up ... and in the end you will get what you propose.
