You do not LIVE, -in capital letters-, for the mere fact of having life. So we only learn to live in automatic, a life based on responsibilities and obligations that exempts us from the pleasure of enjoyment.
Moments that we would like them to be eternal, that never end, to live them longer.
But then it would never be the same.
The secret is to learn to live the moments with more presence and attention, enjoying each one of the emotions and sensations that it provokes us, with the body and the mind in the 'now', because as that phrase says, 'if a rainbow lasted a quarter of an hour, it would not look anymore '.
It is not about quantity but intensity.
It is not about how long the moments last, but about how we live those moments.
I wish you many infinite moments this summer ...
You have to want to live. We have to accept that enjoyment is also our responsibility, that pleasure gives intensity to life, but it does not stop being an option.
You have to learn to dedicate attention and effort to live the present moment, put all the senses into what we do, and learn to feel.
