Pay attention to our brains - "written down", the memory in it is no more than 10% of the volume. Why did the wasteful Nature procure the remaining 90% - not for the work of the "supercomplex program" ?!
Second question. If the brain can give the signal to launch the "program" of super-abilities only in certain situations, it means that we can do the same too if we simply "connect to the same communication channel". Most likely, psychics and wizards do so, simply using their body's abilities, exploiting what everyone has (but not everyone owns the necessary "control code"). Of course, such a complex "instruction" for connecting to superpowers is not useful in practice, for empirically our ancestors have already reached their own and have developed other "unscientific" (but effective, oddly enough) methods of connection. They were, in particular, familiar with the described phenomena, at any rate, and in our time Siberian shamans and yogis can brake Time, get out of their bodies, levitate and ... God knows what they can still do thanks to the fact that they learned how to combine the efforts of all the cells of your body on a single command.
And finally, the third consequence of the above. If our cells unquestioningly listen to any, even the most incorrect, team from a single Center, then, in the case, as the scouts say, "unauthorized connections to secret communication channels" these cells can be controlled from outside, from outside! And again, we "do not open America" - indeed, this is what the various sorcerers, sorcerers, hypnotists and psychics are engaged in from the antediluvian times. Of course, it's easier for us to manage our communication channels than for strangers, but that's the trouble that we do not want to learn to do this (or more often we simply do not know about our paranormal abilities). Since we have already used the language of analogy, understandable to ordinary technicians, now we will compare our organism with a complex and expensive car, in which only the simplest controls are not hidden from the driver. And the driver remains calm all his life (if he does not know, then no one knows?). And does not know that on his "Opel" hidden under the hood of a rocket engine emergency rescue systems.
