Cannabis [1]: Lemon Haze [WEED PORN]

This little beauty has a light lemon scent and taste. I wanted to start breeding my own feminized seeds, looked up some stuff about shocking the female buds with colloidal silver. But, when this one went hermie, I decided to let nature work its magic. My wife and I used tweezers to remove the excess bananas. Theoretically, we'll still get some seeds, but our diligence ought to keep that shit down to a minimum.

I mean, I want seeds so I can grow more plants without the expense and risks involved with getting seeds from a shop. At the same damn time, I've pulled enough seeds out of weed to last a lifetime.

What's your favorite strain?

Lemon Haze is my favorite! Love the lemon terps!

I like Og Kush! This is why if people find a male they should keep it. You can pollinate a few branches. But if this plant is getting hermies, do not breed this one.

Rock it, Dude! OG Kush is an excellent flavor! I've got one Lemon Haze male that we segregated from the herd. Why not breed the hermies? Ain't that what the breeders are doing when they spray the females with colloidal silver?

Big thanks, Dude. Those two post are full of useful info. I've just given them both a read. I'll have to come back to them next season when I can follow instructions from the start. HA. Neither really answers the question of why not hermies. That first one talks about not wanting them, but never says what the problem is with them.

nice to meet you man. Im actually banning the cannabis community together. Even if people post about it, or not. Stoners unite! lol

Nice to meet you too. Rock on. Thanks for sharing. I'll definitely check it out. Can never have to many canna-buds. :D

Ok, did you spray it with CS, and she popped the nanners afterwards or she went hermie before you've done it? This is important!

Went hermie, so I didn't bother with the spray.

Side note: This our second time trying to grow. 1st time had light leaks, root rot, and pest issues. As such, I'm open to learning.

Ok, let me break it down for you! By using seeds from hermie plant you risk growing hermie plants, which means a lot of pollen flying around in your grow room or garden and seeded buds at the end of the season!
