Even with CBD flower not being illegal in the UK, shops and restaurants in England have still been raided by the Police.
The handful of Police officers I have spoken with in England all agree if they find it on you, you will be arrested until they can get the CBD flower tested.
What a sad state of affairs.

What the law says:
There is some confusion in the industry regarding the legal limit for THC in CBD oils and other products in the UK.
To clarify, the 0.2% figure refers to the cultivation of hemp (for which a licence is required), hemp products such as hemp seeds and hemp oil derived by cold pressing of hemp seeds. It does not apply to CBD products derived by highly efficient extraction methods such as CO2 supercritical or solvent extraction.
So the 0.2% limit does not relate to the CBD oils, capsules, drinks available bought in shops. In fact, for a CBD product to be legal it should contain no THC.
The rules for THC limits in CBD products are not explicit which is probably the reason for the confusion in the industry.

So it would appear there is a grey area...
We buy CBD flower regularly and smoke it, most of us here smoke it in a bong for anxiety relief. Personally its not something I smoke all the time, but I always have it there to calm me down if for whatever reason I don't want to consume any Cannabis.
