The prototype does not even carry camouflage at all, but the whole look is reminiscent of the classic A8. Even though visual changes will be more mild, but sufficient, it will already warn of increased power. The latter will provide a 4.0-liter forced V8, similar to that of the Panamera Turbo, and in the new version it could produce from 397 kW (540 hp) to 478 kW (650 hp).

There is even the possibility that the hybrid S8 e-tron will also appear on the roads with a similar drive set as the Panamera Turbo S E-hybrid, and in each case the S8 will have a four-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission.
