Pumpkin cake with few ingredients and in the pan

Hey there my dear readers, today I want to share with you a recipe for a cake; days ago I really wanted to eat something sweet, and I had very few things at home, but I decided to try it and this wealth came out
with very few ingredients, which exceeded my expectations since the surprise is not only that, but I made it in the pan, yes, in the pan because my oven is damaged hehe.

Let's go to the recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups leavening wheat flour.
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of liquid milk (can be replaced by water).
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree.
  • The zest of 1 lemon.
  • 1 pan that does not stick haha.

Preparation:

First put the pumpkin to boil, when it is very soft, puree.

Now place the dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, sugar, lemon zest) and stir with a wooden spoon, then add the oil, then the milk slowly while stirring with the trowel, and finally the pumpkin puree, stir all good until it is compacted, if you are very dense you can add a little more milk.

Place a little oil with your fingers in the pan and add the mixture, place it on low heat, and cover the pan, check after 30 minutes, if the top layer is already dry turn off the heat and leave the pan covered about 15 minutes for the residual heat to finish cooking the cake and make it easier to unmold.

Then place the cake on a plate and eat! haha, I hope you try and tell me.
