This is Popeye the cat. Couple of weeks ago he came home with some black greasy stains on his back. I had to do what I had to do even if a cat might not like it. I dragged him into the bathroom and got him washed up. I was very gentle with him, he was meowing for help initially but after getting him wet in hot shower and shampoo, he just shut up.
Not sure what went through his mind, but when I made him sit in a tub of water warm, he was so quiet and still, not moving a fur.
That kind of ease my job so much!
