Buenas noches Hivers, en el día de hoy les vengo a explicar la huída hacia delante que se han marcado desde la comunidad de HiveWatchers. Ya en mi post anterior realicé alguna mención al respecto.
En este les quiero relatar mediante capturas de pantalla todo lo acontecido al respecto de esta cuenta y su inclusión en la lista negra de HiveWatchers, con las consecuencias que esto supone.

Después de recibir su primer voto negativo me puse en contacto con ellos mediante su grupo de discord, mi nick en esa red es Proton2. A continuación les expondré lo expuesto en ese primer contacto.

En esta primera parte comenzamos debatiendo al respecto de si el uso de un pseudónimo representaba un robo de identidad. En algún momento les cité otros autores que habían utilizado pseudónimo como Satoshi Nakamoto.

Posteriormente la conversación se centró al respecto de que había utilizado una imagen en el post de presentación y para mi perfil en la que no había identificado la fuente. Es cierto y es un error que sí voy a admitir. En el post de presentación indiqué que se trataba de un pseudónimo, ahora veo que además de señalar el origen de la imagen debería de haber remarcado más el carácter de pseudónimo al respecto del personaje de Amy Doller.
Later the conversation focused on the matter that I had used an image in the presentation post and for my profile in which I had not identified the source. It is true and it is a mistake that I will admit. The response I received was to point out that there was no writer with the pseudonym Amy Doller and that the image I had used was stolen. I developed both points later:
Regarding the theft of the image I indicated that it was a royalty-free image and that it allowed commercial use, which I worried about when choosing it since this is a monetized network.
I also explained that the reason they didn't find any references to Amy Doller was that I had created her to start these posts on Hive. It was the first place where she used this pseudonym so it stands to reason that it is impossible to find previous information about her.
Por último expresaban sus sospechas de que también el contenido de mis relatos era robado. Por mi parte les invitaba a investigarlo para que se convencieran de la realidad: mis relatos son 100% originales y únicamente han sido publicados en esta red.

En definitiva la comunidad no me creía. No tenían pruebas. Lo único que tenían eran sospechas y la única certeza de que la imagen de mi perfil, apta para ese uso, no era mía y no había citado su fuente. Mi cuenta pasaba a formar parte de su lista negra.
Se me invitaba a intentar hacerlos cambiar de parecer demostrando que lo que decía era cierto. ¿De qué forma puedo hacerlo?. Mi identidad he decidido que sea pseudónima, no estoy obligada a revelar quien soy realmente. La imagen permite el uso que le di, es cierto que no cité la fuente. Mis textos son 100% originales y no los pueden encontrar en otro lugar. ¿Qué es lo que tengo que demostrar?
In short, the community did not believe me. They had no proof. All they had were suspicions and the only certainty that the image of my profile, suitable for that use, was not mine and I had not cited its source. My account became part of his blacklist.

Intenté hacerles ver que lo que me pedían que demostrara ya lo habían comprobado ellos. La imagen no era robada y mis textos no fueron capaces de encontrarlos en otro lugar. ¿Qué otra cosa que no hubiesen buscado ellos podía presentar yo?
A cada respuesta que les daba sobre sus demandas se habían ido inventado una nueva escusa hasta quedarse sólo con su opinión. Lo único que habían hecho era ir huyendo hacia delante para no admitir su error con esta cuenta.
I tried to make them see that what they asked me to prove had already been proven by them. The image was not stolen and my texts were not able to find them elsewhere. What else they hadn't looked for could I present?
With each answer he gave them about their demands, they had invented a new excuse until they were left with only their opinion. All they had done was flee forward so as not to admit their mistake with this account.

Contacté con el grupo de Telegram de Hive en Español, a los que les doy las gracias por sus puntos de vista y el ofrecimiento de caminos para intentar solucionar la situación.
Me recomendaron hablar con @guiltyparties GP, según ellos me decían que de los Whatchers era el más indicado para buscar una solución. En ese momento no me di cuenta de que era con quien había estado hablando hasta ese momento.
I contacted the Telegram group of Hive in Spanish, to whom I thank them for their views and the offer of ways to try to solve the situation.
They recommended me to talk to @guiltyparties GP, according to them they told me that of the Whatchers I was the most suitable to look for a solution. At that moment I didn't realize that it was the one I had been talking to until that moment.

Entiendo el error de no citar el origen de la foto de perfil. Entiendo que posiblemente de poner otra foto, por ejemplo una mesa, nada de esto habría ocurrido. No entiendo que basados en su opinión, sin ninguna otra prueba, se pueda actuar de esta forma.

Hivewatcher son la policia auto nombrada de hive. Como ha seguido el caso?
Pues tengo a @spaminator votando de forma negativa cualquier acción que realizo en hive. Pero bueno, me lo tomo como un crítica negativa a mi trabajo, que también las tengo que tener. Por suerte aún considerándose policía la única acción que pueden realizar es esa, votar negativo. No me pueden obligar a dejar de publicar lo que considere o a modificar nada de mi perfil. Igual se cansan algún día, o no. Gracias por el interés.
No se cansan, simplemente te dejan en la lista negra de por vida hasta que tu reputacion en hive llega a -25, a partir de ese momento automaticamente tus post quedan muteados donde sea que los pongas... Efectivamente silenciandote.
Por el momento esto no les está saliendo bien, mi reputación ha comenzado a subir ya que recibo más votos positivos que "anulan" el peso de los suyos. Con el tiempo ya veremos lo que ocurre. Ellos tienen su punto de vista y desde el mío no han sido capaces de razonar o llegar a una solución. Esta es su forma de actuar y nada puedo hacer contra ella. Lo único es seguir publicando y que la calidad de mi trabajo hablé por mi. En breve publicaré un nuevo relato. Será la comunidad la que juzgue donde tengo que estar, y ellos forman parte de la misma. Lo único que lamento es que sea algo sistemático, como bien has dicho que no se cansan, y no basado en lo que publico pero así son las cosas. Curiosamente existe una especie de guerra entre curadores ya que he comenzado a recibir votos positivos de @ctime en cada voto negativo de ellos. Gracias por tus comentarios.
El voto positivo y negativo no se contrarestan, comparten piscina, de hecho el voto negativo te quita dinero del positivo y se lo queda el votante. No, ctime es un hivewatcher, ojo con eso.
Los curadores no tienen guerra de votos, las ballenas las tienen, y si quedas en el medio de una, no quedara cuenta, hablamos de votos de -100 dolares. Creeme que no quieres quedar atrapada en una, sin ir lejos la cuenta que quedo atrapada por la guerra entre proof of brain y buildawhale fue un total desastre, la muchacha tiene -50 de reputación y solo puede postear en proof of brain actualmente.
En terminos generales, no sabes como funcionan los votos XD, por eso no ves el problema del voto negativo que tienes. Ojo con eso, es mas grande de lo que crees :)
Muchas gracias por tu orientación. Me expliqué mal al indicar que se contrarestaban quería decir que, económicamente, no me afectaba ya que ctime suma más de lo que resta spaminator. Si es un hivewatcher o está mal configurado o se ha salido del club, conmigo está haciendo lo contrario.
En efecto me queda mucho que aprender sobre esta red y el valor/efecto de los votos positivos negativos. Sé que dejar mi reputación en negativo me dejaría en mute pero por el momento está subiendo de nuevo.
Después del primer voto negativo que me dio adm, me la dejó casi a 0, partía de más de 60. A día de hoy ya estoy en 35. Evidentemente otra ballena puede venir y "hundirme" de nuevo, pero así es "el juego". Ellos ya han emitido su veredicto y nada puedo hacer por cambiarlo. Por lo pronto esta cuenta se sostiene y doy gracias por ello.
¿En el futuro? Ya veremos cuando llegue.

Adm puede volver a votarte negativo en todo y hundirte hasta el mute permanente...
Uno aprende que es mejor ir y pasar por el sistema de whitelist de hivewatcher, revelar quien eres y de donde y luego simplemente dejarlo por alli, hasta gtg y percival lo hicieron, y son dos grandes conocidos - desconocidos.
Si ellos debieron, y uno de ellos tiene su propia front end de hive y mucho poder en la plataforma. Mientras que el otro es un curador conocido e influyente.
