Within the world of trading, there are many drawbacks to start trading, one of these problems is the capital with which we have, which can limit us in our benefits because if for example, to start trading in forex, which is one of the most used markets to operate, we have a limited capital of 5000 €, and for each operation, gives us a return of 0.001%, we would only get 5 € when to make a living from trading or simply amortize all the time we have invested in that operation, we would need at least 25 € and it would already be a very low profitability.

Here is where comes the tik of the question... What is leverage for?
Well, leverage solves this problem, as it is a mechanism provided by the broker that will help us to multiply our profits.

The leverage is a service provided by the broker, which helps us to get more benefits, borrowing money from the broker, the broker in return takes a commission, which is withdrawn at the beginning of the operation.
So, using this tool, and our supposed capital of 5000€, and making a trade with a profitability of 0.001, if we use a medium high leverage as 1:30, would give us a profit of 150€, this happens because with a leverage of 1:30, our capital of 5000€ would be worth 150,000€ which gives us such a profit, with which if we can live doing a daily operation.
