in my country we every month do human welfare compaign ..... everyone try to donate as much as they can and want and in this way this money is collected with the chief on our community and he then takes it to all the needy people ... now our community is very happy... we rarely find beggers .... and sometimes when the fund are in abundance .... we send it to the needy people of africa too....
