This message reminds us that asking forgiveness with all our wrongdoings to the Lord makes as a new person. By confession we are reborn and by baptism we become children of God.

Since I saw this in "art", and don't believe the Bible is anything more than the word of man, I'll critique the visual effect only. (Which is what I do at work anyway.) :)
The photo is catchy and arresting, gives a feeling of danger standing on train tracks looking out of a tunnel into blinding light - is a train approaching? We don't know. The strong reddish colors help give that alarming feeling. But it's hard to see what it has to do with the message, maybe we're looking into heaven? Perhaps a quote about light ("I am the light and the way" for instance?) would work better.
Further, I'd recommend avoiding novelty typefaces, sticking to only one typeface, 1 or 2 sizes, and 1 color (not counting the tiny text). Reddish orange or light blueish grey (like the reflection on the floor) would probably work great in this case.

The kingdom of heaven is within us and outside of us.
I am in the heart of god and god is in my heart.
That is what is real, everything else is an illusion.
We humans need to remember our origins, earnestly connect with the light within and stop creating pain and suffering.
It is time for us to evolve.
Death is a passage one must take to see the other side.. To behold the real almighty one must be born again!!!

A Greek pun.
The Greek text can be read either as “born again” or “born from above”, i.e. from heaven. In the story, Jesus's interlocutor Nicodemus erroneously takes the first meaning and asks, with understandable confusion, how on Earth someone could crawl back inside his mother to be born a second time. Jesus then explains (sort of) by talking about being born of the spirit, providing context that makes it clear that he meant “from above” and that “born again” was a misinterpretation.

Nicodemus loved Jesus and what he taught, but because of fear of persecution by his fellow countrymen - the Pharisees,- he had to visit Jesus in the night...
Meanwhile the phrase: "you must be born again" is by far one of the most misconstrued commands in the holy scripture

Born Again, - is it the religion?
it is more than forgiveness. Christ said go and sin no more. That is turning away from the old self and the old sin. Repenting. It is starting a new life. Finding the old life repulsive and through Him do better.
