Dwelling in the love of God means extending same love to others. Because we receive from him freely, we give to others irrespective of tribe, colour and race. One God, one nation and one destiny. Love should be seen in our conduct. Jesus Christ told his desciples "In these shall men know that you are my desciples when you love one another"

This is my first act on Steemit, to reply your post. I'm truly glad that the first act on my Steemit experience has been to comment on your post. This is powerful, inspiring and spiritually uplifting. There are few things that surpass the joy of sharing the Word because this sharing is in itself an act of love.
This verse is simply amazing. I find it so amazing that the verse says "God is love" and not God has love. This I believe means, God isn't love sometimes and hate other times, but that he is always love (because it is his nature).
