今天无啦啦看了看自己的房子现在值多少钱。结果虽然谈不上大吃一惊，却也颇有些意外。记得15年买的时候是<600万的，现在已经升到将近800万了。
相比内地某些疯狂的地方，这点升幅应该比较毛毛雨的说。况且现在深圳核心一些的区域也都卖到12万一平方，所以这个价格似乎还是比较合理的。可是作为普通工薪阶层的香港人来说，这样的楼价真可以说是穷其一生的目标。
土地资源的稀缺性决定了香港现时的楼市环境，所以从各方面信息都可以察觉到，现届政府有一种思路：借助国家发展大湾区的契机，把香港人疏导到湾区内的城市。现在在珠海东莞3-4万/平方米左右的楼价对于香港人来说应该属于可以承受的范围。
但是问题又来了，对于内地城市，这部分的购买力会不会又托高原本已经很不合理的内地楼价？对于香港人，是不是其他配套设施可以跟上，是不是存在诱因促使这些香港同胞背井离乡北上发展？
今年香港求得的是中签，好坏参半，据说交通运特别差，大家出入平安！
