避孕的方法相信大家都有所了解，就我个人而言，我还是比较喜欢用避孕药。虽然避孕药比较麻烦，每天定点得吃，为了怕忘还得每天订个闹钟，吃三个礼拜停一个礼拜。但是他有一点比较好的是，例假会比较规律，每次停一个礼拜吃避孕药的时候都会来例假，并且例假能精确到周几大概什么时间段来。我选择避孕药主要的原因就是这个。做女人就是麻烦，没来例假的时候担心，来例假的时候又难受。早上又去药店拿了避孕药，这边拿避孕药是免费的，只需要和GP说一下就好，很方便并且是免费的。
其实我还试过其他的避孕方式，一种是刚刚来英国的时候用的避孕帖，使用很方便，而且例假也会比较规律，并且比避孕药更好的一点就是不需要每天定点服用，只需要每周换一张避孕帖就好，而且避孕帖是防水的，不影响平时的活动。可惜成本太高，现在已经不提供了。
还有一种是皮下埋植，刚刚生完弟弟的时候试了这种避孕，因为说是弄上后可以管三年，可惜刚刚开始还好，大概半年后例假就不准，两个礼拜就来一次例假，一来就一个礼拜，直接放弃，让医生取出来。
还有一种是避孕针，这个我是在大概使用两年避孕药后尝试的，毕竟避孕药实在太麻烦了。避孕套我有不太放心，放环我又有点害怕，结果就选择了打避孕针。这个一针管3个月，比较方便，可惜使用后例假混乱，要么一两个月不来，要么一来就两个礼拜，最后只能放弃了，又用回避孕药。
不同的避孕方式，每个人的反应都是不一样的。每个人的选择也是不同。只能说做女人真难。
