一回到香港,便突破了每天步行的數量

在外地,任何時間出門,大部份都是「停車場A至停車場B」,基本上步行的時間相當少。但一回到香港,步行數量立即突破五千,今天有七千多步。

因著現時肚子越來越大,磅數越來越重,我跟太太說,想了一個簡單方法。因為在廣州,我們住在十樓,差一層便是頂樓。故此可以先用行樓梯的方式來做初步運動。

例如先坐電梯至七樓再行上十樓,慢慢再加至五樓,三樓。最後是由地上行上十樓。

現時,正在廣州是在試行三層樓中,並不辛苦,甚至可以說是相當輕鬆,不過怕膝蓋承受不起,故此仍在適應中。
