I bought this small block of bacon at LA MATRIARCA, one of the restaurants in the city, it is cooked in the barrel, something that gives it a different and smoky flavor.
Speaking of presentation, this dish definitely gets a 10, I also rate the flavor a 10, a dish that is quality-price

The presentation of this dish is nothing extraordinary, however the flavor gets a 9, the combination of flavors with the sauce is delicious
