One tasty concoction and very popular among residents in Banda Aceh is a mixture of coffee and sweetened condensed milk. The difference with ordinary milk coffee is this drink has a composition of 3 to 1 between coffee and milk. The coffee must also be filtered coffee with a typical barista filter style, instead of using a coffee machine, let alone an espresso.
The most famous coffee in Serambi Mecca is a blend of coffee and sweetened condensed milk that is sapped with Sanger coffee. Almost all coffeehouses in this city provide this coffee blend.
Behind the sanger's name is getting sohor, there was an interesting story. According to Nawawi, Solong Coffee coffee shop Ulee Kareng, Banda Aceh is where the name of sanger emerged.
