Few days ago I did cupping test with my friend at Kenred Coffee, Bener Meriah District of Aceh Province. We have fully wash coffee to test. It’s a new dried coffee.
My friend Juan, is a cupper. He test to cup the coffee. According to him, the coffee he’ve tested was 80 score.
The coffees were from my farm. I was processing them as a fully wash.
The coffees were roasted medium to dark.
