Go to your wallet, where on the first line it says steem. You click steem and select convert to steem power.
I urge you to undo your delegation. You don't have enough Steem power to be deligating yet. You did not leave enough Steem power for yourself to recharge your resource credit. Your post earns pretty good. You are loosing money by not able to post and reply. Your delegation payout is not going to be much.
Deligating will be fine once you built more steem power you need to save steempower for yourself.
