Watching his father die, Dylan Brock has now bonded with the Symbiote. However, Eddie Brock's consciousness is very much alive and still having an influence on his son's world. Nonetheless, Dylan keeps proclaiming that he is not his father and that he is going to do things his own way, much to the dismay of Venom. This is the basis for Ram V's story in Venom #6, hot off the comic book racks!

News stations have been reporting on the destructive events that happened in Clarksfield and now Baywater. Public opinion is being swayed into thinking these attacks are Symbiotes attacking these communities. As a result, Liz Allan is making available all of Alchemax's resources to Senator Krane's task force that was formed to get the Symbiote situation under control.

Meanwhile, Dylan is staying with Jake, an old outlaw that used to run the Renegades biker gang and is now running a bar in Baywater. Dylan, as Venom, trying to play the hero decided to attack the Hell Hounds' weapons' hideout. Currently the gang that is running things in Baywater, the Hell Hounds are turning over every stone to find the culprit behind this attack, even though eyewitnesses are describing some sort of monster.

Combining the talents of Bryan Hitch (penciler), Andrew Currie and Wade Von Grawbadger (inkers), alongside Alex Sinclair and Peter Pantazis (color artists), have led to some very realistic and clean panels to help the story tell the tale. How long will it be before other Symbiotes start showing up to join in on the carnage (no pun intended)?
