Teresa studied to be a cook and a teacher, and though she is most passionate about cooking, she is amazing at both. With her we learn how to prepare all these strange local fruits, how to bake an egg without using oil, how to bake a cake without an oven, how to make marmalade and all the amazing things one can do with cacao beans. Yes, we can make our own chocolate! 😍
